VA Hospital Documentation

TrueScan was selected as part of a project team to provide documentation of eight Veterans Hospital Administration Campuses in Indiana and Michigan. TrueScan worked as part of a larger group of architects that documented multiple hospital campuses scattered throughout the two states. TrueScan provided 3D laser scanning, traditional site surveying, as well as aerial drone imagery. As part of this year-long project, the team provided complete site surveys of all eight campus sites, interior and exterior laser scanning of hospitals and other primary buildings and aerial surveying, and drone imagery on each campus.

This project was a major undertaking for the TrueScan team. Fieldwork commenced over four months. TrueScan crews had to provide a significant amount of coordination with hospital staff and follow infection protocols in all of the buildings.
