The Challenge

CIP Retail needed existing-conditions documentation for 30 stores on a demanding renovation schedule.

Because the locations were spread across Florida, the design team also needed a way to review the spaces remotely without relying on repeated site visits.

TrueScan developed a high-volume workflow that allowed crews to scan three stores per day and complete all 30 locations within six weeks.

For each store, the team documented interior and exterior conditions and produced multiple deliverables, including point clouds, AutoCAD drawings, Revit models, and Matterport virtual tours.

CIP Retail received coordinated digital documentation for all 30 stores while maintaining the accelerated project schedule.
